The Nampa Highway District (NHD) successfully obtained funding for the Bowmont Road Project through the STP-Rural Program in 2006. The purpose of the project is to complete Nampa Highway District’s portion of the Bowmont/Kuna-Mora Corridor between SH-45 south of Nampa and I-84 at the Black’s Creek Interchange (MP-64). Specifically, this project consists of extending Bowmont Road from Robinson Road to the Canyon/Ada County line at Green Lane, Kuna-Mora Road or other location as determined through coordination with the Ada County Highway District.
